I’m Stephanie Cully.
I build things, ask a lot of questions, and occasionally start companies because I got curious.
I’m Stephanie Cully, a product and technology leader, builder, entrepreneur, and host of Curious Enough to Try. For more than a decade, I’ve worked in technology helping teams take complicated problems and turn them into products and solutions people can actually use. I’ve worked across product, data, Agile, and consulting, partnering closely with customers, engineers, and business leaders to understand what people really need, what’s technically possible, and what’s worth building. Somewhere along the way, I realized the thing connecting most of my career wasn’t a particular methodology, technology, or job title. It was curiosity. I’ve always wanted to understand how something works, why someone needs it, what isn’t working today, and whether there’s a better way to build it.
That curiosity has taken me in some unexpected directions lately. I started experimenting with AI, then learning Claude Code, then building and prototyping my own apps, which opened up an entirely different way of thinking about what I could create. That eventually became part of the idea behind Cully & Co., the home for the products, experiments, businesses, and ideas I’m building and exploring. It also led to Curious Enough to Try, my podcast about people who follow their curiosity far enough to actually do something about it. I talk with entrepreneurs, builders, career changers, experts, and interesting people about how they got started, what they learned along the way, and what happened when they stopped waiting until they had everything figured out.
And then there’s everything outside of work, because none of us are just our job titles. I’m a mom of two, a hockey mom who spends an impressive amount of her life inside ice rinks, a traveler whenever I can make it happen, and someone navigating life while asking a lot of questions about what I want the next chapter to look like. I like learning things I don’t know how to do yet, meeting people who have taken interesting paths, and trying ideas before I’m completely sure where they’ll lead. That’s really what all of this is about. Staying curious enough to ask, What would happen if I tried? And then actually finding out.
