Product Leader.
Builder.
Founder of Cully & Co.

I’m a product and technology leader who likes taking complicated problems, figuring out what people actually need, and turning that into something useful.

My career has taken me across product development, enterprise technology, data, Agile, and consulting. More recently, I’ve been experimenting with AI and building my own products, which has reminded me how much I love the earliest part of product work. Finding a problem worth solving, talking to users, testing assumptions, building something, and learning whether you were right.

Cully & Co. is where I bring that work together through product and AI consulting, workshops, experiments, and Curious Enough to Try, my podcast about the people, ideas, and experiences worth learning from.

What I Do

I’ve spent my career working between the people who need something and the teams responsible for building it. I’ve led products and initiatives across enterprise technology, data, APIs, network technology, governance, and internal platforms, from discovery and requirements through launch, adoption, and iteration.

What I enjoy most is getting close enough to the customer and the technology to ask better questions. What problem are we actually solving? Who needs this? What does success look like? What are the technical constraints? And are we building something people will actually use?

Currently Building & Exploring

I LIKE LEARNING BY BUILDING.

Lately, that has meant going deeper into AI.

I started experimenting with tools like Claude and ChatGPT, then moved into Claude Code and began building my own applications and prototypes. I’m not trying to become a software engineer. I’m interested in something much more relevant to my work: understanding what these tools make possible, where they fall short, how quickly an idea can become a prototype, and how product development changes when the distance between idea and execution gets dramatically shorter.

That experimentation has become part of how I think about product management, and it’s also influencing what I’m building through Cully & Co.

Cully & Co

The company I created to keep experimenting.

Cully & Co. sits at the intersection of product, technology, AI, education, and curiosity.

It gives me a place to build products, test ideas, teach what I’m learning, collaborate with organizations, and explore how AI is changing what individuals and teams are capable of creating.

Some experiments may turn into products. Some become workshops. Some become consulting engagements. And some simply teach me something worth sharing.
